Waiver and Release of All Claims, Demands, Actions and Damages

Regarding the “A Sonoran Sleigh Ride“ 

In consideration of the potential risk of injury that could develop while participating in the Event; and

In further consideration of my desire to participate in the Event (along with invitees of my choosing), I agree (on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives or assigns) to voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE of liability and any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind (including all damages related thereto) arising out of participating in the Event.

This Release shall inure to the benefit of the company CelebrateAZ LLC, their affiliates, members, managers, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) and shall cover physical, psychological or other damages as a result of participating in the Event.
